Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare an extensive range of dishes, from appetizers to desserts, while strictly following standardized recipes and presentation standards.

2. Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols to guarantee the quality and safety of all food items.

3. Collaborate effectively with kitchen colleagues to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

4. Employ diverse cooking techniques such as grilling, frying, sautéing, baking, and roasting to produce flavorful and visually appealing meals.

5. Modify cooking methods and timings based on ingredient quality and guest preferences.

6. Execute menu items with accuracy, ensuring consistency in flavor, appearance, and portion sizes.

7. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or surpluses to the sous chef or kitchen manager.

8. Taste and assess dishes for flavor, seasoning, and quality prior to serving.
