Commercial Restoration Project Manager/Estimator

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to identify project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management or estimating, preferably in the restoration industry.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Xactimate, DASH, and MICA software a plus.
  • IICRC certifications in Fire, Water, and Mold a strong asset.
  • Commercial and residential construction experience, with a background in reconstruction and mitigation.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
