Position: Mechanic for Equipment Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to enhance our Equipment Maintenance team at MKS. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of four years of experience in servicing heavy mobile machinery within the construction domain. If you are a dedicated mechanic with a focus on improving service performance and leading decision-making, this position aligns with your expertise.

Role Responsibilities

As a Mechanic at MKS, your primary responsibility will be the mechanical upkeep and repair of our machinery and vehicles. Your key duties will include:

  • Conducting repairs and maintenance on various mobile equipment
  • Diagnosing and addressing mechanical issues
  • Performing preventative maintenance tasks
  • Keeping service records and managing inventory
  • Training and overseeing junior mechanics
Required Competencies

Preferred Qualifications
  • A minimum of four years of mechanical experience with heavy mobile equipment
  • Fundamental knowledge of engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and related fields
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Physical capability to lift heavy objects, work in diverse environments, and utilize tools effectively
