Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Environmental Field Services Specialists to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects
  • Assure that all quality standards are met in the field, including safety protocols and regulatory compliance
  • Monitor and manage crew performance, accountability, cost control, vendor and client relations
  • Identify and mitigate safety hazards on job sites, ensuring a safe working environment for employees
  • Operate company machinery and equipment with care, including trucks and other vehicles
  • Hire, develop, and dismiss team members to maintain a high-performing and high-integrity team
  • Interface with clients on site to ensure work is completed to their satisfaction and generate new business opportunities
  • Ensure job site efficiency, safety, and decorum at all times
  • Collaborate with the Market Manager to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of projects
Requirements
  • 1 year of leadership experience in a similar role
  • Physically capable of working outdoors full-time
  • Valid driver's license and approval for company insurance
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Able to demonstrate organization, leadership, and communication skills
  • Comfortable using technology, including Microsoft Office
  • Able to provide examples of work ethic and past success
  • Enjoys working outdoors
  • Good command of the English language (written and spoken)
