Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with expert advice on HVAC equipment and solutions
  • Consult with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and present customized sales proposals to meet customer needs
  • Lead the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements are fulfilled to customer satisfaction
  • Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer additional information and convert them into sales
  • Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
  • Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices, and credit terms, and prepare sales orders for jobs sold
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts, including trade shows and referral groups
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of previous sales experience
  • High school graduate or general education degree (GED) required; associate's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office
