Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Specialist to join our team at Awesome Heating & Air Conditioning. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including changing filters, cleaning ducts, and refilling refrigerants.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Test and inspect HVAC systems to identify and resolve issues, using specialized equipment and tools.
  • Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring to ensure optimal system performance.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an HVAC service technician or equivalent education.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
  • EPA certification and knowledge of industry regulations.
  • Experience with operation and maintenance of chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems.
  • Ability to work at heights, crawl, and lift up to 40 pounds.
