Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers to help them find the perfect item.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a best-in-class level of customer service.
  • Embody the rag & bone brand aesthetic and showcase a strong sense of fashion.
  • Bring the brand mission to life and introduce it to every customer who walks into our store.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on floor sets, window changes, and other projects as needed.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of all policies and procedures.
  • Assist with inventory and stock management.
  • Process Point of Sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Act in accordance with the core values of rag & bone at all times.
  • Identify opportunities to support the team in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Contribute to a positive, fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented store atmosphere.

Availability and Benefits

The Sales Specialist role is full-time and requires 32-40 hours per week.
