Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mitigation Technician to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of STP FL. As a Mitigation Technician, you will be responsible for performing water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-level water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services.
  • Focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
  • Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when needed.
  • Lead by example and assist other team members as opportunities arise.
Requirements
  • Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude.
  • Dedication to customer service.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed.
  • Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently.
  • Desire to continually learn new things.
