Role Overview
The Principal Engagement Manager at Assured will play a critical role in driving customer success and resolving complex issues. This individual will work closely with our engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support during implementation and post-implementation phases.
  • Own and drive resolution to complex scenarios and technical issues.
  • Work closely with customers to establish best practices for using our platform and keep them informed about new product releases.

Requirements:
  • Relevant work experience supporting enterprise customers with complex products.
  • Excellent communication and technical skills.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to positive customer outcomes.
