Position Overview:
In the role of Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients derive optimal value from our platform. Collaborating closely with customers, you will assess their requirements, offer expert advice, and pinpoint opportunities for additional sales. Your comprehensive knowledge of the logistics sector, combined with your background in SaaS and start-ups, will empower you to cultivate robust relationships and foster customer satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Success: Serve as the main contact for clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and their ongoing use of the platform to ensure they meet their objectives.
- Account Management: Establish and nurture strong, enduring relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Utilize your proactive approach to discover and seize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions, driving revenue enhancement.
- Data-Driven Insights: Effectively use internal and external data to provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Product Expertise: Acquire in-depth product knowledge to act as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in overcoming challenges and maximizing platform value.
- Diagnostic Skills: Identify sales process challenges, recognize objection patterns, and offer actionable feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
- BI Tools: Utilize Business Intelligence tools such as Looker or Metabase to analyze data and generate insights that support customer success and sales initiatives.
Essential Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Success or Account Management roles, preferably within logistics, SaaS, or start-up environments.
- A strong proactive mindset with a proven history of independent upselling and cross-selling.
- Skilled in leveraging internal and external data to inform decision-making and enhance customer outcomes.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Looker, Metabase, or comparable platforms.
- Exhibited ownership, curiosity, and the capability to diagnose issues and provide constructive feedback.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the logistics sector and a commitment to enhancing supply chain processes.
- Experience in a dynamic, start-up environment.
