Aerial Training Professional

A seasoned Aerial Telecommunications Utility Construction professional looking for a change of pace and an opportunity to share their expertise? As an Aerial Training Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to new and existing employees, focusing on industry and company standards.
- Ensuring the safe and effective use of hand tools, small equipment, and flagging procedures.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation regarding employee training.
- Collaborating with managers to create employee development plans and providing recommendations for growth and advancement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous utility construction field experience with a focus on crew leadership.
- Previous telecommunications construction field experience.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive working environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to give constructive feedback.
- Ability to present in both classroom and field settings.
- Basic computer skills, with experience in Google applications preferred.
- A valid Class A CDL driver's license with a good driving record.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
Location: Various locations throughout the Telcom footprint, with the possibility of remote work.

Experience: 5+ years of utility construction field experience.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
License/Certification: Valid Class A CDL driver's license required.
Work Environment: Frequent travel, working in various weather conditions, and occasional work in a moderately noisy environment.
Physical Demands: Frequent standing, walking, and lifting, with occasional heavy lifting and bending.
