About the Position:

Fort Sill National Bank is seeking a highly skilled Call Center Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Shreveport, LA. As a Call Center Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer calls, identifying customers' needs and wants, researching every issue and providing solutions to them, recognizing opportunities to upsell our products and services, following our company's communication "scripts", keeping records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way, and following our customer engagement strategy.

This role requires excellent verbal communication skills, open-mindedness to learning and taking on new tasks and concepts, cooperation with co-workers and supervisors, and typing skills. You must also be able to sit for long periods of time, have hand dexterity, bend, squat, and lift up to 25 pounds, and be willing to work a rotating schedule Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and rotating Saturdays 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
