Your Role at Raising Cane's:
The Operations Supervisor is accountable for assisting the Restaurant Leader in driving operational excellence and maintaining Raising Cane's standards and culture across all facets of restaurant operations.
The work environment is dynamic, requiring interaction with customers and active participation in kitchen operations. This role demands extended periods of physical activity, including walking, standing, and lifting.It also involves working in various conditions, both indoors and outdoors, with food products and common allergens, industrial equipment, and commercial cleaning supplies, necessitating the use of personal protective equipment and ergonomic practices to fulfill job responsibilities.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:
Purpose of the position: Implements restaurant operations functions
Acts as manager on duty and oversees restaurant opening and closing
Manages cash handling and ensures accountability
General to the role:
Enforces Raising Cane's policies and standards
Executes shift management while adhering to Raising Cane's operations and safety protocols
Utilizes necessary tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document outcomes, and take corrective actions when required
Assigns tasks to crewmembers during a shift
Delivers exceptional customer service
Employs reward and recognition programs for the restaurant's crewmembers
Authorizes employee functions requiring managerial approval (e.g., discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides, etc.)
Ensures cleanliness of the restaurant and that the facility is well-maintained
Completes additional duties as assigned
Requirements for Success:
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities that may frequently change
Self-motivated, adaptable, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
Able to identify and analyze issues, set objectives, create plans, and execute those plans to resolve problems
Proficient in various technology systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems swiftly
Able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, and travel as necessary for work-related functions and training
Must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
3+ years of experience in restaurant or retail management
Experience with new restaurant openings preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
