This position requires the oversight of various projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule while minimizing alterations and maintaining exceptional quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage construction initiatives, liaising with Engineers and Architects.
- Supervise projects ranging from 18 to 80 units, focusing on mid-tier finishes and custom features.
- Employ Builder Trend software for effective project oversight.
- Ensure adherence to municipal regulations and OSHA safety protocols.
- Oversee and manage personnel, including recruitment and, if necessary, terminations.
- Work closely with the team to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years in residential construction, particularly with townhomes.
- A degree in Construction Management is preferred.
- Proficient in Builder Trend software.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative approach.
- Capability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $80k-$110k
