Commitment to Efficiency
As a Sales Associate, you will execute processing, replenishment, cashiering, promotions, and visual/marketing directives in alignment with brand standards. You will uphold backstock organization and adhere to all company tools, policies, and procedures. You will maintain awareness of potential theft and report concerns to management.

Associate Morale
You will demonstrate a sense of pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and our customers, treating customers and store team professionally, courteously, and respectfully. You will celebrate and embrace individuality, inclusion, and partnership, building relationships and seeking out feedback for continuous self-development. Qualifications
Prior retail experience is preferred. A high school graduate or equivalent is also preferred. A flexible schedule is required, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts. Excellent communication and time management skills are essential. You must be able to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
