OpenRoad 1st Choice LLC is seeking a skilled Collision Body Technician to join our team. As a key member of our auto body shop, you will be responsible for performing high-quality vehicle repairs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient vehicle repair and status updates.
  • Perform repairs that meet manufacturer and industry standards, while maintaining on-time delivery.
  • Operate a frame machine to ensure accurate vehicle alignment.
  • Conduct welding, body alignment, frame/unibody repairs, and cosmetic panel repairs as outlined on repair orders.
  • Safely operate all equipment in the collision center, adhering to safety standards and guidelines.
  • Inspect all work performed as a Quality Control (QC) measure, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Mix chemicals according to manufacturer specifications to ensure safe and effective use.
  • Integrate into a blueprint model to minimize disassembly and optimize repair efficiency.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to ensure effective team work.
  • Proficiency in operating a frame machine and other equipment in the collision center.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and manufacturer guidelines for vehicle repair.
  • Ability to work safely and follow safety protocols at all times.
