Responsibilities
  • Assist HVAC technicians and installers in their daily tasks, including but not limited to installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems.
  • Learn and develop skills in hanging ductwork and installing HVAC systems under the guidance of experienced technicians.
  • Follow instructions and work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient and accurate completion of projects.
  • Gain knowledge of HVAC equipment, tools, and materials used in installation and repair processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper storage and disposal of materials and waste.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment for oneself and others.
  • Assist in troubleshooting HVAC systems, identifying issues, and contributing to the repair and maintenance process.
  • Learn to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications related to HVAC systems.
  • Develop an understanding of HVAC principles, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Continuously enhance skills and knowledge through on-the-job training and professional development opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism in carrying out assigned tasks.

Job Requirements
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test upon hire.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred, but not required.
  • No prior experience is necessary; we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Quick learner and motivated to continually develop skills in the HVAC field.
  • Demonstrates pride in delivering high-quality work and attention to detail.
  • Reliable with excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Positive, can-do attitude towards learning and growing in the apprenticeship role.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
