Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is up to $114,500 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. As a valued employee, you can expect:

We also offer flexibility with your schedule, allowing you to choose from 7am-10pm session times (seven days a week). Our No-Show Protection policy ensures you're compensated for any missed sessions.

Job Description

This clinical therapist position involves working with clients in a mix of telehealth and face-to-face settings. You will be expected to establish a full caseload within the first 90 days after credentialing. Our supportive team will assist with scheduling and client service.

You will have the opportunity to work as part of a motivated patient population and may be eligible for paid clinical supervisory roles. Regular professional development and training are provided to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess one of the following independent licenses in Connecticut:

  • Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

Clinicians must be licensed and living in the state where they will be practicing. Self-guided note completion within 24 hours is essential for success in this position.
