Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team at Pinnacle Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality software documentation, including API guides, tutorials, and quick-start guides.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clear and concise software documentation, including API guides, tutorials, and quick-start guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and types of content to be written
- Deliver documentation to market by working across business, engineering, and other stakeholders
- Launch and continuously improve documentation by focusing on both short-term and long-term goals
- Comfort working within an Agile framework
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in writing software documentation
- Proficiency in HTML, Markdown, and documentation-as-code
- Experience identifying gaps and types of content to be written
- Experience with Risk, Control, or technical products or platforms
- Strong and rationalized sense of priorities, and the ability to translate conflicting priorities and requirements into an actionable plan
Nice to Have:
- Experience in banking or finance
Compensation:
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
