About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at CyberCoders. As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in the commercial construction process, working closely with our preconstruction team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the project from initial estimate to finalization, ensuring accurate and detailed cost estimates.
  • Prepare and manage bid solicitations, including instructions to bidders and bid forms.
  • Lead the bid process on negotiated, GMP, and lump sum projects, ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Participate in the preparation and presentation of cost/budget information to clients and owners.
  • Collaborate with the preconstruction team to deliver high-quality estimates and preconstruction services.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating, with a focus on tenant improvements, laboratories, and base building renovations.
  • Proficiency in basic computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite, take-off software (On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, or similar), and scheduling software (MS Project or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
