About the Job

Atrium Health Charlotte is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Oncology Supervisor to join their team in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $105,000, based on industry standards and location.

Job Responsibilities
  • Direct patient care provision and coordination of daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Coordinate with managers to allocate resources effectively, enhance quality and effectiveness of nursing practice, and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Supervise and develop nursing staff, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Round regularly with patients, teammates, and physicians to identify areas for improvement and promote a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure compliance with federal and state laws, as well as adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
  • Minimum two years of nursing experience, preferably in oncology.
  • Previous management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; BSN candidates without a BSN must be enrolled in a BSN program within one year of hire and complete the program within three years.
