Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients upon admission and during each shift, promptly identifying and communicating any changes in their condition.
- Perform medical procedures and monitoring as directed by healthcare providers, ensuring accurate documentation of care in patient records.
- Deliver exceptional patient care by responding to requests swiftly and anticipating needs proactively.
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Qualifications:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Must be a Registered Nurse.
- Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
No travel is required for this position.
