Job Overview

YAI is seeking a highly skilled Education and Curriculum Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our educational services department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing curriculum programs that meet the unique needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement curriculum programs that align with state and national standards.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other educational staff to ensure seamless implementation of curriculum programs.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to teachers to enhance their instructional skills and promote best practices.
  • Conduct observations and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of curriculum programs and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Education or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in curriculum development and implementation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other educational staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
