Hospice of Michigan is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care to individuals in need of end-of-life support.

Job Summary: As a Registered Nurse with Hospice of Michigan, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing services to patients in their homes, hospitals, or other care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to address patients' unique needs
* Provide education and support to patients and their families on end-of-life care and symptom management
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Requirements:

* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan
* Minimum of one year of experience in hospice or palliative care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends
