Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and engage with guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Tour Leadership: Lead groups of up to 20 people on tours of our facility, providing a comprehensive and engaging experience that showcases our brewery and products.
  • Beer Service: Serve draft beer and sample trays to guests in the Tasting Room, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Operations: Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in the service industry or a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service.
  • Beer Knowledge: Passion for craft beer and a willingness to learn and share knowledge with guests.
  • Availability: Consistent weekend availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
