  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation for IT processes and new technologies, creating training materials to support system adoption.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support, serving as a primary contact for technical inquiries and escalating complex issues as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support or analyst roles, with a strong focus on both on-site and remote assistance.
  • Proficient in macOS and Windows operating systems, with knowledge of network configuration and maintenance.
  • Solid grasp of cybersecurity principles and best practices, including familiarity with firewalls and antivirus solutions.
  • Experience with IT asset management tools and enterprise software applications.
  • Familiarity with endpoint management tools.
  • Knowledge of remote desktop support tools and ticketing systems, along with conferencing software.
  • Relevant IT certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
