Job Title: SCADA Systems Analyst

The SCADA Systems Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the robustness and integrity of the SCADA system at DC Water. This includes directing and coordinating employees in support of calibration services and data management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLC programming, SCADA and ICS commissioning, and system administration. They will be responsible for maintaining and updating the SCADA system, developing and implementing changes to support operational changes and engineering projects, and working closely with operations and maintenance personnel.

The SCADA Systems Analyst will also be responsible for investigating and evaluating hardware, software, or service requirements to repair, replace, enhance, update, or improve the SCADA environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update the SCADA system to ensure uninterrupted operation
  • Develop and implement changes to the SCADA system to support operational changes and engineering projects
  • Work closely with operations and maintenance personnel to ensure seamless system operation
  • Investigate and evaluate hardware, software, or service requirements to repair, replace, enhance, update, or improve the SCADA environment
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in PLC programming, SCADA and ICS commissioning, and system administration
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with all levels of management, engineering, and operations personnel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
