About the Job:

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. As a Property Damage Recovery Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the recovery process of properties affected by water damage, ensuring that all restoration procedures are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Damage Assessment and Planning:
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments of water damage to determine the extent of the damage and develop a customized recovery plan.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize restoration tasks.
  2. Restoration Execution:
    • Supervise and direct restoration technicians to ensure that all procedures are completed according to industry standards.
    • Monitor and maintain records of restoration activities, including damage assessments, equipment usage, and client communication.
  3. Client Communication and Support:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on the progress of restoration activities.
    • Address client concerns and questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  4. Quality Control and Assurance:
    • Ensure that all restoration activities meet or exceed industry standards.
    • Identify and address any quality control issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in water damage restoration or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
