Job Summary

RWE Clean Energy, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Wind Farm Technician Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations and maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our wind farms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on wind turbines and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair activities to resolve technical issues and minimize downtime.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the operations and maintenance team.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance plans and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations and maintenance in power generation, transmission, and/or distribution.
  • Unrestricted driver's license in good standing.
  • Ability to work safely in extreme environments and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
