Position Details

  • Experience Required: 0 to 6 months;
  • Education Desired: No High School diploma required
  • Certification or Licensing Required: Food Safety
  • Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
  • Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining the efficiency of the meat cooler and freezer by unloading deliveries.
  • Rotate and verify product code dates to ensure customer safety.
  • Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work, for your colleagues, customers, and products.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by welcoming customers and assisting them in locating desired products.
  • Possess sufficient knowledge to respond to inquiries and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Strive to provide exceptional guest service, consistently aiming to delight and surprise our customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Inspire fellow Team Members and customers with a passion for food and a commitment to going the extra mile for quality service.
  • Handle products and equipment in accordance with food safety guidelines to maintain a secure shopping environment.
  • Restock products in the meat cases, ensuring proper rotation and adherence to code dating procedures, offering only the freshest items for sale.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the department and work area, including the back room.
  • Assist in various areas as needed.
