- Understand and communicate Pet Pros policies and procedures to customers and team members.
- Assist in evaluating and writing employee reviews.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and home office staff.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Able to lift up to 45 pounds, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and climb a ladder.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Highly accountable and has integrity.
- Has the flexibility to work within our normal store operating hours, including weekends.
- Ability to delegate.
- Able to communicate effectively and clearly, both written and verbally.
