Job Overview

Grind/Finish Laborers, $18/hr – 2nd Shift

Are you seeking a rewarding opportunity in the manufacturing sector? We are currently looking for dedicated individuals to join our team.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in foundry or molding processes is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with lift truck operations is a plus.
  • Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
Skills:
  • Ability to adhere to instructions and grasp the production workflow.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Capacity to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities: Laborers in the foundry will be tasked with:

  • Loading metal ingots into furnaces.
  • Skimming slag from molten metal.
  • Pouring molten metal into sand molds using hand ladles or overhead monorails, ensuring safety at all times.
