As a Clinical Nurse III, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • Active California Registered Nurse License without restrictions
  • Basic Life Saving Certification (BLS)
  • Three (3) years of full-time Registered Nurse experience, with at least one (1) year within the last three (3) years in an accredited hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting
  • One (1) year of full-time RN experience, within the last three (3) years, in the nursing specialty area
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Nationally recognized certification in a specialty area
