- Training & Development: Assist with organizing employee training sessions and professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department, including scheduling, reporting, and supporting various HR initiatives to ensure smooth operations.
- 6+ months of experience in HR, administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and payroll management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software or payroll systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Competitive salary between $45,000 - $50,000 annually, based on experience.
