  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR concerns, fostering a positive work environment and resolving issues promptly.
  • Training & Development: Assist with organizing employee training sessions and professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department, including scheduling, reporting, and supporting various HR initiatives to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • 6+ months of experience in HR, administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and payroll management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR software or payroll systems is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
