Lead .Net Solutions Architect
About the Role:

We are in search of a proficient Lead .Net Solutions Architect to become a vital part of our team for an engaging project with the potential for a long-term position. We prefer candidates who can work collaboratively and effectively within a dynamic environment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • In-depth practical experience with Angular, TypeScript, Jasmine, CSS, and SCSS
  • Expertise in .Net Core, .Net framework, C#, and Entity Framework Core
  • Familiarity with API Development, API security, GitLab, and DevOps scripting
  • Understanding of SQL databases

Desirable Skills (Optional):

  • Experience with Docusign and Filenet integrations
  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud, Docker Containerization, and Kubernetes
Overview:
Acts as a senior technologist for a specific technology or set of technologies.
Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with technology management, senior engineers, and support teams to design, develop, and implement technical solutions that align with the organization's current and future needs.

Responsibilities may encompass infrastructure assessment, implementation, design, and the creation of support and architectural documentation, standards, policies, analysis, and testing.

Regularly engage with business partners across various levels to ensure a clear understanding of challenges and to gather business requirements.

Coordinate interactions with vendors and manage vendor resources as necessary.

Mentor and guide junior engineers, technicians, and integrators. Review documentation, proposals, and changes put forth by less experienced personnel.

Continuously seek to enhance knowledge of trends, practices, and technologies within the Financial Services sector.

Adhere to and advocate for the use of industry best practices, standards, and procedures.

Maintain a strong understanding of banking applications, systems, and development environments. Stay informed about vendor technologies and services utilized by the organization.

Comprehend and comply with the company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in alignment with the organization's risk appetite.

Identify risk-related issues that require escalation to management.

Foster an inclusive environment that reflects the organization's values.
Education and Experience Required:
A combined minimum of 6 years of higher education and/or work experience in systems design, management, and/or architecture.
Education and Experience Preferred:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

At least 6 years of professional experience in a technical engineering role involving infrastructure design technologies, data management, and system design and/or development for complex applications.

Ability to convert complex business and functional requirements into structured, high-quality implementations using various industry-standard methodologies.

Advanced technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Extensive knowledge and expertise in industry and/or vendor technologies.

Proficient in soliciting, gathering, documenting, and analyzing system specifications and requirements.

Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Skilled in effective facilitation techniques to elicit and review requirements from diverse stakeholders.

Understanding of how supported technologies interact with other systems and services.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Strong influencing skills.

Process-oriented and logical thinker.

Comprehensive knowledge of server/client and virtual technologies.

Adaptable and quick to learn in a fast-paced environment.
