Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and collaborating with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including conducting physical exams, taking medical histories, and ordering diagnostic tests as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, medical assistants, and specialists, to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices, and incorporate this knowledge into your patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patient needs are met
Requirements
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
  • Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
  • Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
  • State licensed in Massachusetts, obtained before your One Medical start date
