Key Responsibilities

The Commercial Sales Advisor will act as the primary contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service both over the phone and at the service counter. This role involves:

  • Handling customer inquiries and assisting at the service counter
  • Scheduling work and advising on work orders in accordance with established protocols
  • Initiating work orders, documenting technician notes, and ensuring accuracy before finalization
  • Coordinating onsite service calls with our skilled technicians
  • Communicating with customers regarding additional needs and securing necessary approvals
  • Managing national account billing promptly and accurately, following up on outstanding items
  • Possessing a general understanding of technical terminology related to tire replacement
  • Assisting customers with equipment logistics, including loading and unloading
  • Arranging transportation for equipment between various locations
  • Collaborating with delivery personnel and third-party vendors for timely service
  • Supporting promotional activities and departmental events as needed
  • Providing assistance to onsite and mobile teams as required

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to foster long-term relationships based on trust
  • The ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • A clean driving record and a valid driver's license
