Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Machine Operator to join our team at AtWork - Raleigh Durham. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating production machinery, making adjustments as needed, and ensuring products meet specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate production machines to create and trim plastic parts
  • Make adjustments to production machinery to minimize machine downtime and scrap rates
  • Perform basic visual inspection of parts made
  • Read and understand quality documents for in-house and specifications of products
  • Work well in a team environment, assisting others as needed
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 4 lbs. Occasionally and 10 lbs. Frequently to operate machine
  • Ability to work in a hot environment and be on your feet for up to 10 hours/day
  • Ability to safely and effectively use a large variety of hand and power tools
What We Offer:
  • Starting pay: $14.50/hr.
  • Bi-weekly attendance bonus: $100
  • Medical and dental insurance offered
  • Optional overtime on Fridays
