Bank Teller Specialist

United Bank is seeking a skilled Bank Teller Specialist to handle all phases of teller transactions associated with checking, savings, and various types of payments initiated from the Interactive Teller Machines.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, particularly effective in a video channel, and have a solid understanding of bank operations, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handles all phases of teller transactions, including checking, savings, loans, and credit cards.
• Verifies endorsements as required by teller operational policies.
• Reports suspicious activity through proper channels.
• Provides high-level quality customer service according to Signature Service guidelines.
• Complies with all Federal and State banking laws and related regulations.

Requirements:

• Display a professional demeanor with a personality that connects with customers.
• Possess interpersonal communication skills particularly effective in a video channel.
• Knowledge of bank operations, bank products, and services.
• Possess ability to ensure compliance with established bank policies and procedures.

Work Schedule: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, 3:00pm-8:00pm, with rotating holidays.
