\tAssure the provision of education, risk reduction, counseling, and referral services to patients regarding HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, hepatitis, sexually transmitted diseases, and other communicable diseases.
\tFollow universal precautions and utilize appropriate infection control measures.
\tSupervise same-sex urine sample collection for toxicology.
\tAdminister breathalyzer and alcohol swabs.
\tAttend job-related meetings and in-service lectures.
\tInform the office manager of general office and medical supplies as needed.

\tAssess client's psychiatric history and current psychiatric status.

\tProficient in basic nursing skills and competent in taking an electrocardiogram and blood pressure.
\tAge-specific clinical skills related to the adolescent and geriatric client.
