Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN/LVN to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a pediatric nurse, you will provide high-quality care to medically complex children in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role
  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the team
Requirements
  • Current RN/LVN license to practice in the state
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric patients preferred but not required
