Job Summary:

The Retail Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This role involves creating a welcoming and inclusive environment, engaging with customers, and promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and best practices.
• Assist customers with merchandise, answering questions and providing product information as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture.
• Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and safely around the store.
