Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors
  • Manage patient flow and coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and communication with healthcare providers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of experience in healthcare preferred
  • NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units required
  • Additional skills preferred: experience with answering multiple phone lines, basic computer skills, and excellent customer service behaviors
