Residential Property Appraisal Specialist

As a Field Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work independently, choosing your schedule and assignments that align with your area of expertise and residence.
The ideal candidate should possess an entrepreneurial spirit, be creative and knowledgeable in their field, and have strong communication skills. Experience in Insurance Adjusting, Home Appraisals, Real Estate, or Construction is highly desirable. Proficiency in using Rapid Sketch, Xactimate, CAD, or other diagramming programs will also be advantageous.
Your primary responsibility as a Field Consultant will be to conduct on-site property surveys for high-value homes, taking photos, measurements, and notes on issues that may impact underwriter decisions. You will work closely with our experienced Field Management team, who will provide guidance and support to help you excel in this role.
We are looking for someone who is professional, organized, and able to manage their time effectively. A late-model reliable vehicle and Auto and General Liability Insurance are essential for this position. Additionally, you should have access to a smartphone, tablet, personal computer, high-speed internet, digital camera or smartphone with 16mp camera or greater, measuring devices such as laser, soft tape measure, or measuring wheel.
