Responsibilities:

  • Project management: planning, tendering, awarding, and construction of extensive renovations/repairs/renewals/expansions in the area of existing traffic control systems, as well as handling smaller traffic control systems.
  • Project management for the construction of traffic control systems (costs, deadlines)
  • Coordination with supporting specialist planners
  • Preparation of preliminary designs
  • Creation of detailed designs including tendering
  • Acceptance and settlement of services including warranty monitoring
  • Tendering, awarding, and settlement of engineering services, as well as management and control of engineering offices including review and monitoring of associated services

Requirements:

  • Completed university degree (Dipl.-Ing. (FH) / Bachelor), preferably in civil engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in project management
  • Class B driver's license
  • Fluent in German (Level C1 according to CEFR) and good written expression
