Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules.
  • Utilize SAP system to create and manage work orders, track maintenance activities, and analyze equipment performance data.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment design, reduce maintenance costs, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and other team members to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or production operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP system and other maintenance management software.
