Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify changes in resident condition and develop strategies to address these changes.
  • Supervise and mentor Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants to ensure they are providing high-quality care.
Requirements:
  • Current nursing license valid in state worked
  • Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
