  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, legal standards, and best practices, maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Additional Tasks: Perform additional tasks as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of ten years' experience in utility or fiber construction trades and project/program management.
  • Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, ability to identify and implement best practices and continuous performance assessments, excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities, strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, proven supervisory and leadership qualities, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, skilled in financial tools necessary for estimates, business forecasts, and strategic decision-making.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual Salary: $120K to $150K + bonuses
