Job Title: Registered Nurse - PRN

Concentra is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a PRN capacity. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist practitioners with patient care, physical examinations, and ancillary tests.
  • Perform administrative duties, including maintaining exam rooms, lab areas, and treatment rooms clean and stocked.
  • Assist in medical record maintenance, ensuring confidentiality of employee health information.
  • Perform front office clerical duties, such as answering telephones, check-in, check-out, and record processing.
  • Dispense medications as directed by practitioners and in accordance with state regulations.
  • Maintain and operate all clinical equipment, including calibration and record keeping.
  • Perform ancillary testing and tasks as ordered by the Center Medical Director.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, clients, and peers, incorporating Orange Book values.
  • Ensure accuracy when completing and executing tasks, such as drug screens, DOTs, bandaging, and dressings.
  • Document results and paperwork accurately and concisely.
  • Provide a warm and compassionate patient experience, regardless of patient volume.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
  • Current registration/license in the state where employed.
  • Successful completion of UDS, BAT, PFT, FIT, certification.
Job-Related Experience:
  • Customarily at least one year of demonstrated experience in occupational health nursing or a related field.

  • The ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information, including HIPAA and PHI, in accordance with federal and state laws and company policies.
