About Mr. Handyman

Mr. Handyman is a regional commercial facilities contractor with a local presence, partnering with leading retail, convenience, and restaurant brands. We provide install, repair, and maintenance services, seeking experienced Service Professionals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, painting, tile work, and drywall.
  • Communicate with support teams via phone app to respond to work orders and IVR check-in.
  • Utilize troubleshooting skills to determine necessary repairs.
  • Prepare job scope-of-work, including time estimates and material requirements.
  • Exhibit professionalism and good customer service in client and public settings.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in commercial maintenance or a related field.
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
  • Good communication and written skills.
  • Capacity to use smartphones and/or tablets proficiently.
  • Comfortable with driving to multiple locations throughout a shift.
  • Ability to pass a background check and MVR check.
Physical Requirements
  • Stand, walk, sit, kneel, and walk up/down stairs on a regular basis; climb up and down ladders up to 32 feet high.
  • Work from various heights via platforms, scaffolds, ladders, or man-lifts.
  • Bend and stretch, lift and move heavy objects.
  • Operate, maintain, and work close proximity to various power equipment.
Compensation and Benefits
